TIMES FOR CALLS The hours for handling calls Cocaine found near school By MIKE ALBRECHT Bismarck Tribune The Metro Area Narcotics Task Force searched the residence of a 25-year-old Bismarck man who they had heard received a shipment of cocaine. Their findings and the subsequent drug charges could mean life in prison without parole for Zachariah Boelter. Agents found 4 ounces of cocaine in Belter's 517 N. 19th St. residence along with baggies, a scale and a marijuana pipe, according to court documents.

The task force began investigating Boelter and had a confidential informant try to buy drugs from him when agents heard he had received a shipment, Burleigh County prosecutor Cynthia Feland said. When Boelter allegedly told the informant to hurry and come up with money or the drugs would be gone, agents decided to abandon their plan to set up a drug buy and raided Belter's residence, Feland said. Authorities didn't know where Boelter got the drugs. The cocaine confiscated was a sizable amount in a market where cocaine is sold in half-grams and grams, Feland said. Four ounces 113 grams.
